ROOTED Online Learners

A Different Kind of Online School
• Small, intentional learning environment
• Live instruction and real connection
• Faith-centered learning integrated daily
• Designed for families seeking alignment
We are not just educating students.
We are raising Rooted Learners.
Children who:
know who they are.
understand the gifts God has given them.
value their heritage and the stories that shaped them.
pursue excellence with confidence and humility.
seek wisdom, serve others, and live with purpose.
Founding Family enrollment remains open throughout the school year until available cohort spaces are filled.
The Rooted Learner Difference
✔ Rooted in God's Word
Biblical truth is woven throughout the school day, helping children see every subject through the lens of God's Word.
✔Known by Name
With small multi-age learning cohorts, every child is seen, encouraged, and challenged by a caring teacher who knows them personally.
✔Live, Engaging Learning
Children participate in live, interactive classes where they ask questions, share ideas, collaborate with classmates, and actively engage in learning.
✔ Learning Through Wonder
From Explorer Quest™ to creative projects and hands-on investigations, curiosity becomes the starting point for deeper learning.
✔ Academic Excellence
High expectations, individualized support, and joyful learning help every child grow in confidence and achieve their personal best.
✔Heritage, Identity & Purpose
Children learn from the past, understand their story, and discover the gifts God has given them to make a difference in the world.

Explorer Quest™ Wednesdays
One Day Each Week Built Around Curiosity
Wednesdays at Hosanna look a little different.
Rather than moving through a traditional subject-by-subject schedule, our Rooted Explorers
spend the morning asking questions, solving problems, investigating God's Word,
creating, and pursuing their own interests.
Explorer Quest™ Wednesdays give children opportunities to practice something we believe is
essential to their education: learning how to wonder, investigate, create, and discover for
themselves.
Throughout the morning, students experience four kinds of exploration:
Explore a PROBLEM
Explorer Quest™ Challenge
Students work together to solve an engaging real-world or imaginative challenge.
Using our Wonder → Explore → Create → Share process, students learn to brainstorm,
collaborate, test ideas, solve problems, revise when something doesn't work, and communicate
what they've created.
Explore a QUESTION: I Want to Know!
What do children wonder about when we give them permission to ask?
Students submit questions about things they genuinely want to understand and together we choose which questions to investigate.
Explore GOD'S WORD: Bible Discovery
We want children not only to hear God's Word taught, but eventually to know how to open Scripture and explore it for themselves.
Explore YOUR INTERESTS: Discovery Block
Discovery Block is protected time for children to pursue something they are interested in.
Why We Make Room for Exploration
We don't expect a seven-year-old to know what God has called them to do with their life.
But we can pay attention.
Part of educating a Rooted Learner is helping each child discover the gifts God has given them - and begin learning how those gifts might be used for His glory and the good of others.
Wednesday isn't a break from learning. It's a day to learn differently.
Students still read, write, research, reason, calculate, communicate, collaborate, and think critically - but those skills are applied through questions, challenges, Scripture, and interests.
There’s still room to grow with us. 🌳
Rooted Learners Online accepts new students throughout the school year, as space permits. Because our cohorts are ...
